Teacher’s will invoice for classes within 1-2 weeks of registration. Once the invoice is sent out, families will have 2 weeks to pay the invoice. If invoice isn’t paid within those two weeks, your student could lose their spot in their class.
Starting July 10, 2026
Invoices will be sent out 1-3 days from date of registration. Invovies must be paid 3-5 days from the day the invoice arrived in your inbox. If you haven’t found an invoice, please search junk mail for ‘Meridian pod school’ . Invoices must be paid before students start class.
-
Personal payment: Your student has two weeks to attend classes to get a prorated refund, less material fees. After those two weeks, tuition is nonrefundable.
If using IHLA funds: registration, tuition and class materials are non refundable. No exceptions.
-
Unfortunately, registration fees are nonrefundable as they hold your students place in the class until teacher’s invoice and are paid.
-
Yes, your student may have their phone on campus, but it must remain in their pocket or backpack UNLESS they need to contact a guardian(s).
Phones cannot be out in class or in between classes (hallway, bathroom, etc.) unless its to make a call to a guardian.
-
ABSOLUTELY! We want you and your student as comfortable as possible. If this means staying in class, then great! If this means sitting out in the lobby, great! If that looks like peaking in every now and then (as long as its not disturbing the class), great!
-
Yes. Please make sure they have an activity to do and if they get loud or disruptive, you head to your car or a nearby park. We do have parents who work in the lobby and noise does carry into the rooms.
-
Registration fees (which give you access to classes on both days) are $125 for first child and $115 for siblings.
Class tuition are $150 plus materials fees which vary from $15-$50.
