Through structured martial arts training, students will learn the foundational techniques of Taekwondo, improving balance, coordination, and focus. Each class includes movement drills, forms practice, and technique development — all tailored to be both challenging and fun.

Let’s take a trip back through time, to learn the history of the country we all call home! This class will cover many main events and influential people from the exploration age all the way to the turn of the millennium. Since I offered this class to this age group last spring, and because I want to extend the time period covered, we will be moving quickly through 1400s-mid 1800s, almost like a review of main events/people, filling in a timeline as we go. We will get more in-depth with our study of the mid 1800s-2000s. The format will be a bit different from last time, so returning students will have a new experience. My goal for this class is to make learning history interesting, interactive, and fun!
